Custom RX has been great. They have raised the bar for what a customer should expect in their personal experience with a pharmacy. Not only are they a specialist in the medications they offer, but the individual personalized service can’t be matched. When my wife needed progesterone injections during her pregnancy, I was uneasy with my ability to administer the injections. Austin really put me at ease and explained everything in a very detailed, yet easy to understand manner. I really felt he dealt with me as if I was his own family. Ft Wayne Custom Rx has the best customer service around!  Not only are they kind, friendly, and professional, but they go out of their way to point out any changes, even before I notice them!  Ft Wayne Custom Rx was especially helpful this week when they detected a change in what my doctor had been prescribing. They texted me, asking if the new pill was what I wanted.  It wasn’t.  I was able to clear up the mistake with the doc’s office and pick up exactly what I needed in one quick stop from Custom Rx.  When I arrived, the pharmacist let me know that my compounded medication had a new look, but was exactly the same compound that I had been taking all along.
