I have been working with Fort Wayne Custom Rx for several years, in two different roles. One as a provider, I am a Nurse Practitioner, at The Scarlet Drip Vitamized Wellness. The pharmacists are knowledgeable, caring, eager to help. No question is a burden, and I am never rushed. We can talk though a specific patient and can come up with a natural/pharmaceutical plan for the patient. We recently had one patient whose TSH was over 150. Within 2 months we were able to get it back into normal range. We worked through labs, symptoms and evidence-based practice. Fort Wayne Custom RX customizes most of the prescriptions to the individual. You cannot get this type of customer service anywhere else.
The other is being a patient; I have Ulcerative Colitis and was having an exacerbation. They directed me to an IgG product that took the symptoms down within a few days. They understood the severity and embarrassment that comes with the disease. I also have sleep issues, and this was driving me crazy. Without sleep we all know we cannot function to full potential. They had several options for sleep, and we were able to find one specific to me.
